Natural Body & Room Spray

All Natural, Microemulsion spray. This milky white, water-based formulation requires an exceptionally low amount of SurfPro Surfactin to disperse fragrance or essential oils in water. The glycerin acts as a solvent for the surfactant system and is required in such a small quantity that there is no tacky feel after drying. This formulation can be adapted to carry a higher oil load by increasing the surfactin/glycerin fraction.

Formula

1. Slowly add SurfPro Surfactin to glycerin while mixing until uniformly incorporated.
2. Slowly add Phase B ingredients to Phase A in 1-2g increments with high speed mixing until smooth and uniform. Oil phase must be added slowly; if oils start to pool, stop addition and mix until incorporated. Increase mixing speed as viscosity increases and using sweeping motion when necessary. It should form a highly viscous gel.
3. Add Phase C ingredients to the gel with high speed mixing. To reduce foaming avoid entraining air into the mixture when mixing. The final product will be a milky white liquid and single phase.
