Emulsify, thicken and stabilize oil-in-water emulsions at low-use levels of 0.05 - 0.4% by weight. PolyMulse Polymeric Emulsifier is a highly effective emulsifier with a wide range of uses. PolyMulse can be used in hot or cold processing with a wide range of oils, and can even emulsify up to 50% of oils by weight. It can produce a shiny, smooth cream or even a thin sprayable lotion. PolyMulse is light, quick-breaking and suitable for sensitive skin types.

    PolyMulse Polymeric Emulsifer SDS

    PolyMulse Polymeric emulsifier can be used as a cold-process or hot-process emulsifier. Disperse into the water phase with high agitation, then adjust pH to between 4.0-9.0 before oil addition. It can emulsify up to 50% oil phase with a low usage rate of 0.2% (subject to oil-type). Suitable for emulsions with final pH 4 - 9.

    Typical usage rate: 0.05 - 0.4% for cream gels, up to 3%
