Illite Clay - Pumpkin is colored a dark rusty orange color in its powdered state, and just tends to get a bit deeper when it is added to a wet formulation. Illite Clay - Pumpkin, along with many other clays, is a great additive for use in masks, muds, scrubs, facials, as well as both liquid and bar soaps and facial cleansers. Illite Clay - Pumpkin is said to help remove impurities from skin and promote a more even skin tone. All cosmetic clays have natural detoxifying properties, and are great for all skin types, but can be especially helpful on oily skin.
