Restorative Skin Barrier Cream

Formulated for skincare and barrier restoration with naturally-derived ceramides from TerraCera™ Renew, humectants like glycerin and a hyaluronic acid blend in Hya7™ Complex, as well as barrier-repairing Ectoin and VeganBiotics Asper-W. This formula is for increasing hydration, soothing sensitive skin, and/or recovering a compromised natural moisture barrier. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin daily.

Formula

1. Weigh all the ingredients in Phase A into a container and heat until 75-80˚C (167 - 176°F).
2. Weigh all the ingredients in Phase B into a container and heat until 75-80°C (167- 176°F).
3. When both phases reach 80°C (176˚F), remove from heat and pour the water phase into the oil phase and mix with a stick or immersion blender until emulsion occurs. After the emulsion forms, switch to a hand mixer or whisk until the lotion reaches 40°C (104°F).
4. Add Phase C ingredients and mix with a hand mixer or whisk.
5. Allow to cool to room temperature, then package in a container with a pump or treatment pump cap.
