Skin Soothing Toner
A toner for all skin-types. Whether you are recovering from a day spent in the sun or incorporating restorative products into your daily regimen, this witch hazel hydrosol-based formula can improve the appearance of irritated skin while evening skin tone. The soothing effects of Aloe Vera and Pterowhite combine with Ginkgo and Willow Bark extracts to provide a formulation full of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory-rich ingredients. Store this in a spray bottle or one of our easy to carry pocket spray misters and use daily. Note: dl-Panthenol is synthetically-derived, but is a natural constituent of the skin. All other ingredients are naturally-derived.

- Combine Phase A ingredients and mix until thoroughly incorporated (no floating solids) into the water.
- In a separate small mixing bowl, add Phase B ingredients and mix well.
- Add Phase B to Phase A after xanthan gum is hydrated, mix well.
- If necessary, adjust pH to 5.5-6.0 with citric acid solution.
Makes 200g (7.05 oz) of product.
Notes: Alternative extracts can be directly substituted for these extracts, depending on preference.
*Q.S. From the Latin Quantum satis aka Quantity Sufficient means to use just as much as needed to achieve the desired result.
**Make a 50% Citric Acid Solution by combining 50 grams (1.7 ounces) of citric acid with 50 grams (1.7 ounces) of distilled water and place in a 2 ounce bottle. Store at room temperature.
