Moisturizing Lotion with Simulgreen 18-2
This lotion can be used as a face or body moisturizer due to its light skin feel and quick absorption. Simulgreen 18-2 creates light lotions with no soaping effect that offer more moisturization than traditional emulsifying waxes. The two oils combine to offer good moisturizing with a light and non-greasy feeling. As this emulsifier works well with electrolytes, aloe vera will not compromise the formula. Sodium lactate and glycerin offer hydration without greasiness. This lotion is light enough to put into a treatment pump bottle.

- Heat Phase A ingredients to 80°C (176°F). Cover and hold at this temperature for 20 minutes.
- Heat Phase B ingredients to 80°C (176°F).
- Add Phase A to Phase B and stick blend for about 2 minutes, then switch to a hand mixer until the product reaches 45°C (113°F).
- Add Phase C to the product and mix for about two minutes.
- Pour into bottles when cool.
