1. Add all Phase A ingredients to a heat-safe container and all Phase B ingredients to a separate heat-safe container. Heat both containers while stirring, until ingredients have completely dissolved. Mix Phase A with Phase B thoroughly.
2. After the solution cools, add Phase C and mix thoroughly until fully incorporated. Add Phase D and mix thoroughly.
3. Store the syrupy final product in a water-tight container to reduce potential for water entering product during storage. Recommended container: 12 oz clear, single walled jars. Makes 200g (7.1oz) of product.
