MaizeFix™ is a corn-based, biodegradable polymer used as a non-tacky fixative for hair-styling, makeup and skincare. MaizeFix™ offers curl retention, humidity resistance, hair stiffness and carbomer compatibility for clear formulations.

MaizeFix should be solubilized in water at room temperature with mixing at low shear, dispersing in minutes. Compatible with synthetic and natural rheology modifiers and ethanol up to 10%.
