International Documentation

If you are placing an order to be shipped by Lotioncrafter to a U.S. Freight Forwarder and require additional documentation to be completed and attached to the outside of the box for the use of your forwarder or customs clearance at US borders, there will be a $30.00 fee for this service. 

The Lotioncrafter Sales Receipt that you receive via email when you place your order does not contain international shipping information that may be needed for customs clearance, and domestic orders only contain a Packing Slip. Add this service to your cart and we will include on the outside of the box two copies of our Sales Receipt which will include the following:

• Material Safety Data Sheets for each product
• Country of Origin for each product
• Harmonized Tariff Number for each product
• Total number of cartons in shipment
• Total weight of shipment
• USMCA Statement for orders destined to Canada and Mexico (when applicable)

PLEASE NOTE:  If your order is shipping from Lotioncrafter to an international destination directly, you do not need to order this, as those documents are prepared as part of your international shipment.  This is a fee for shipments sent to a US Destination for ultimate shipment overseas.

If you need this documentation and do not include it in your order prior to shipment, we will add it to your order when this documentation is requested and bill you for the additional fee.
