LCPeptide™ Tighten

LCPeptide™ Tighten is a natural cosmetic active consisting of marine microalgae (Nannochloropsis oculata) and pullulan. LCPeptide™ Tighten provides both immediate and long-term skin tightening effect. Immediate tightening and moisturizing is accomplished by polysaccharides that form a fine film across the skin, smoothing and lifting it, while reducing transepidermal water loss.
Algae extract provides long-term skin benefits by supplying essential nutrients that stimulate fibroblasts and boost collagen. Algae extract contains antioxidants that prevent enzymes from degrading existing collagen, as well as amino acids and vitamins necessary for the production of new epidermal proteins.
This blend is made with a pure algae power instead of a dilute algal solution; therefore it carries a characteristic dark green color with a high algae concentration. Naturally preserved with Linatural MBS-4.

Incorporation: Add to the aqueous phase of a formulation or after the emulsion has formed after cool-down (40degC or lower).
