A phenyl substituted silicone fluid for use in cosmetic and hair care formulations, easily emulsified, offering wash-off resistance and improved SPF to sunscreens. Provides non-oily, emolliency and allows natural skin transpiration through a soft invisible film. Imparts gloss, softness and better manageability and heat resistance to hair and kicks up the shine in lip balms and lipsticks and glosses. Used in antiperspirants for its anti-whitening effects.
