Simple & Luxurious Hair Conditioner

This easy to make hair conditioner combines the revitalizing properties of Panthenol with conditioning Lotioncrafter BTMS and the smoothing effects of DM350 Dimethicone to create a simple, but luxurious hair conditioner.

Formula

1. Combine and heat Phase A ingredients to 167°- 176°F. Remove from heat and place pan in cold water. Using a stick blender, blend mixture as it cools to about 130° or below.

2. Add Phase B ingredients and stir well. Fill bottles. Product will continue to set up over 24 hours. 

Makes 1000 grams (33 ounces)
