- Combine all Phase A ingredients and heat to 75°C, continue mixing until all ingredients have melted.
- Remove from heat and pour into lip balm tubes or lip balm pots. Plastic pipettes are an easy way to transfer into a tube.
- Allow to completely cool before capping.
Makes approximately 100 grams or 3.5oz of lip balm.
