- Heat all Phase A ingredients to 85°C. In a separate container, heat all Phase B ingredients to 85°C.
- While still hot, pour water phase into oil phase and continue to mix with a hand-mixer immersion blender until cool.
- Add Phase C to the emulsion once it has cooled to 40°C or lower.
Makes approximately 500 grams or 17.64 oz of cream.
