Coconut Feruloyl Glycerides are bio-based SPF boosters with antioxidant and photo-protection capacity. These ingredients offer the ability to achieve higher SPFs while reducing the use levels of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide thereby diminishing the white cast issue in sunscreen formulations. Coconut Feruloyl Glycerides photoprotects actives such as Vitamin C and Vitamin E and demonstrates a 100X increase in biodegradability compared to UV actives.
