Mallow extract extract has moisturizing, emollient and soothing properties, mainly thanks to the mucilage content. The extract is obtained from the aerial parts of the plant Malva sylvestris and contains anthocyanosides, flavonoids, phenolic acids like p-coumaric acid, chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid, tannins and amino acids. These compounds impart skin benefits like increased circulation and vessel protection, reduction of Transepidermal Water Loss (TEWL), anti-itch and anti-irritation effects.

This product complies with the NATRUE Standard for Natural and Organic Cosmetics and vegan standards, but is not certified. This product is certified Halal.

  • Moisturizing, reduction of TEWL
  • Vessel-protection and stimulation of blood circulation
  • Emollient and soothing formula
  • Treatmeant of dry, sensitive or irritated skin

This is a cosmetic raw material and is meant for external use only in cosmetic formulations.  As with all of our materials, it should not be taken internally.
