The active ingredient in LCPeptide™ Copper is Copper Tripeptide-1 (aka GHK-Cu), is a naturally occurring peptide found in the body. It is known to encourage wound healing by stimulating degradation of unhealthy, supersized collagen found in scar tissue and by promoting synthesis of regular collagen, elastin, proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans. Copper Tripeptide-1 is an anti-aging active with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant skin benefits.
Studies show Copper Tripeptide-1 can improve skin clarity, smoothness, and elasticity, thereby reducing fine lines and wrinkles. It has also been shown to promote healthy hair growth by enlarging hair follicles.
