Add to the heated water phase, can be heated up to 75°C. Formulate within pH 3.0-9.0.

Recommended Usage Rate: 1-5% for skincare, 0.5% for haircare; safe up to 100%
Appearance: Off-white to tan powder
Origin Material: Manufactured from cleaned, dehulled, US #2 (or better) oats.
