Tetrapeptide-21

Tetrapeptide-21 is a novel bioactive and pure tetrapeptide with anti-aging properties based on the skin's own structures for use in skin care formulations. 

Tetrapeptide-21 has shown promise as a skin cream ingredient that can stimulate skin growth and repair. When collagen breaks down, it forms specific Tetrapeptides that signal to your skin that it was damaged and needs to make new collagen. So by applying Tetrapeptides topically, your skin believes it has lost collagen recently and needs to make more. It activates collagen production and therefore stimulates dermal filling, repair and renewal mechanisms of the skin.

Do not directly apply onto your skin. This product should be added to a formulation at the recommended usage rate.

Add after the emulsion has formed and cooled to 40°C or lower. Tetrapeptide-21 Solution is a preservative-free peptide solution. The cosmetic raw material should be kept under refrigeration until used in a properly preserved cosmetic formulation. Tetrapeptide-21 Solution is suitable for oil-in-water and water-in-oil formulations claiming anti-aging and anti-wrinkle properties.
